We offer electronic direct billing to lower your out-of-pocket costs on the day of your appointment. Rather than paying the full fee upfront and waiting for reimbursement, we submit your claims electronically directly to supported insurance providers.

We bill directly through the following major portals:

  • TELUS Health eClaims Network (Includes Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins Insurance, Chambers of Commerce, GroupSource, Industrial Alliance, Johnston Group, Union Benefits, and more)

  • Sun Life Financial

  • ProviderConnect (Includes Green Shield Canada (GSC), SSQ Insurance, Empire Life, and Medavie Blue Cross)

Note: Direct billing coverage depends on your specific extended health plan and practitioner designation (e.g., RCC, RSW, Registered Psychologist).

Sliding Scale Sessions

We believe quality care and support should be accessible to all, regardless of financial situation. If finances are a barrier, we offer a limited number of sessions at a sliding scale rate where the cost can be adjusted based on your financial need.
